1st Step were again proud to support London & South East Colleges at their latest careers training event at Bromley College, advising students from the college on starting a career and the realities of working life.  The event was organised by Bob Noseda, Sector Skills Executive for London & South East Colleges.

1st Step were represented by our Employee & Industrial Relations Manager, Stuart Wallis.  “It is vitally important that we continue to give back to these important community events.  Helping students with advice on how to get a job is key” he said, adding “when that is coming directly from a range of employers such as at this event, this is advice that students can ill afford to ignore.  What Bob has organised for these students – a Question Time audience with leading employers – is a rarity that perhaps colleges should mimick elsewhere.”
