Management Buy Out | A New Chapter for 1st Step Solutions Ltd
We are delighted to announce the successful acquisition of shares by the existing Management team, many of whom may be familiar to you with a collective 64 years’ of service at 1stStep Solutions.
On the 7th of September 2022, TEAM UK Solutions Ltd completed on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in 1stStep Solutions Ltd. TEAM UK comprises of six of the current 1stStep Management Team across the front and back office, and collectively have over 150 years’ experience in the recruitment industry.
The acquisition will ensure the business moves from strength to strength with a dedicated management team focused on delivering the high standards of recruitment that our clients and candidates have become accustomed to.
As we enter our 18thyear of trading, our primary focus will be working closely with all stakeholders to ensure that the transition is seamless. Exciting times lie ahead for this established recruitment business and we look forward to sharing more news with you in the coming months.
