There’s no right or wrong answer — it could be a famous figure, a family member, a coach, or a teacher. What matters most is why you look up to them and what you’ve learned from them.

Describe a time that you’ve overcome a challenge because it shows us how you deal with tricky situations and keep going when things get tough.

You don’t need a big, dramatic story, it could be something simple, like improving in a subject at school, learning a new skill, or dealing with a tough day and staying positive.

We’re looking to understand how you think, how you bounce back, and how you solve problems, all really important skills in recruitment and in any job.

Tell us about any team or group activities that you do because working well with others is a big part of recruitment – and most jobs in general.

We want to see how you communicate, support your team, and get involved – all great skills that help you succeed in a workplace.

Why you’re interested in the role and in recruitment What you enjoy doing, at school or outside of it Any team activities, hobbies, or challenges you’ve worked through What kind of environment helps you learn and do your best Your communication skills and how comfortable you are talking to people

We’re not expecting loads of experience — we just want to see your potential, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
