Business Unit Senior Manager - Small Works

1st Step Solutions are seeking a Business Unit Senior Manager (Small Works) to work for a national M&E contractor in Shrewsbury.

Required: Business Unit Senior Manager (Small Works)
Location: Shrewsbury (SY2)
Salary: Up to 55k
Project: Lead a small works business unit, delivering wide range of project across mechanical, electrical & building fabric disciplines.
Oversee mechanical, electrical & building fabric installation works, manage project teams, engineers, subcontractors and supply chain partners, support estimating, programming, procurement, and resource planning activities.

This role is responsible for the operational delivery, financial performance, client relationships, and strategic growth of the Small Works division, ensuring projects are delivered safely, professionally, on time, and to the highest standard

Experience/Requirements:

• Strong background within building services / small works project delivery
• General building services installation experience across mechanical / electrical / building fabric
• Proven experience managing operational delivery teams on multiple projects
• Experience within FM, M&E contracting, or building services sectors preferred
