Graduate Chemist / Process Technologist

£30,000 - £35,000 + Overtime + Bonus + Pension + Holiday
An excellent opportunity for a Graduate Chemist or Technologist looking to develop technical expertise, with full training and long-term progression opportunities.
This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in materials processing, equipment operation, and industrial production systems, working closely with a technical manager and eventually progressing into the same role.
The company is a well-established manufacturer supplying bespoke solutions across industries including aerospace, oil & gas, food, and chemical processing.
The Role
- Monitoring production processes
- Look after product development projects
- Monday to Friday, day-based role with overtime opportunities
The Person
- Degree or background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Interest in manufacturing processes, materials behaviour, and industrial systems
- Willingness to learn and develop technical and practical skills
- Any hands-on or laboratory experience is advantageous but not essential
All in all, this is a great chance to work in a technically challenging role with progression to technical manager in 2 years.
