1st Step Solutions are working on behalf of a leading M&E Contractor on the requirement of a Health & Safety Supervisor in Slough.

You will be supporting the Health & Safety Manager overseeing health & safety matters on a existing Data Centre project.

Key duties:
* Provide daily advice and guidance on all HSEQ matters.
* Conduct Risk Assessments for operational activities.
* Perform regular site safety inspections and audits.
* Lead toolbox talks and internal safety meetings.
* Ensure prompt reporting and thorough investigation of site incidents.
* Communicate safety bulletins, updates, and lessons learned.
* Liaise with client representatives on HSEQ concerns.
* Attend and support client HSEQ meetings, forums, and initiatives.
* Manage HSEQ records and information.

Essential:
- NEBOSH General Certificate or Construction Certificate.
- SSSTS/SMSTS
- Previous experience on data centres.
- Experience of working for an M&E Contractor.
