About the Role

1st Step Solutions Ltd (M&E Recruitment Specialists)

We are currently recruiting for the following project in Cornwall

Required: Mechanical Supervisor x2 (Commercial Heating Systems)

Location: near Newquay (TR8 postcode)

Duration: at least 2 years work

Duties: managing H&S, work quality, productivity, materials and sub-contractors on a new commercial construction

build project.Mechanical services will include lots of carbon steel pipework.

Start: ASAP

Payments: weekly

Standard site hours: 43p/w, there could be some overtime.

Monday to Friday Pay Rates (CIS): £31.50p/hr up to 43hrs. £35.50p/hr after 43hrs

Weekend Overtime: Sat x1.3 & Sun x1.5

Expenses: potential lodge/travel time for those that require it

Qualifications required: A current CSCS Card & SSSTS or SMSTS

In this role you will be responsible for installing and commissioning bespoke machinery both at the company's Leicester facility and on customer sites. You will work closely with the design, build, and controls teams to ensure systems are installed, tested, and fully operational before final handover to the customer.
