Location: Bristol
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 + Car + Pension + Holiday

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Project Manager with a strong background in hands-on AC installation to oversee the delivery of commercial projects
This role is ideal for someone who has progressed from the tools into project management and understands air conditioning systems from design through to installation, commissioning, and handover.
You will manage projects from award to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high technical standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage air conditioning projects from pre-start through to final handover
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Carry out site surveys and contribute technical input to project planning
- Ensure installations comply with relevant standards and regulations
- Oversee programme, labour, materials, and costs
- Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure health & safety compliance across all projects
- Support commissioning and snagging processes
About You
- Proven hands-on experience installing air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits, chillers, etc.)
- Experience managing air conditioning or HVAC projects
- Strong technical knowledge of AC systems and installation best practices
- Able to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
