About the Role
1st Step Solutions are currently looking for a resident liaison Officer to travel around Canterbury. 
This role requires you to have your own vehicle, with insurance for driving around to various addresses. Prior to your start, you will also have to travel to their office in Banstead, SM7. To be given a pass and uniform, along with having an informal interview.
You will be assisting out client to speak to residents and book in maintenance appointments with their reception staff. 
In some instances you may be dealing with vulnerable people, so this role does require a DBS. 
Required Qualifications: Full Clean UK driving licence, and recent DBS

Rate | £16.97 per hour (PAYE direct) or £22.07 per hour (PAYE Direct) 
Milage | 45p per mile 
Days | Monday - Friday 
Hours | 08:00 - 17:00 (9 hours paid) 
Duration | 3-4 weeks 
Start Date | ASAP 
These roles are PAYE Direct or PAYE Umbrella ONLY - No CIS or limited company payments
