About the Role
Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant - What You'll Do
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in our Bristol office, you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, screen and match candidates for roles in the construction and M&E sectors
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end
- Develop new business through networking and sales activity
- Work alongside experienced consultants to learn best practice and industry knowledge

- Good at talking and listening. You're confident chatting to people on the phone, asking questions, and explaining things clearly.
