Electrical Site Manager Bracknell Contract 1st Step Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Site Manager to be based on a residential development in Bracknell. The ideal candidate must have previous experience of working on residential projects for a Tier 1 M&E Contractor.

COMMERCIAL PLUMBING

The Role This is a varied role combining high-quality mechanical design work with hands-on site involvement. In addition to design responsibilities, you will regularly attend site to survey plantrooms, contribute to CAPEX planning, and produce project estimate schedules.

To produce accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates for both mechanical and electrical building services tenders. The role supports the assessment of project risks, opportunities, and commercial viability while ensuring clear communication with internal teams, clients, and the supply chain. You will manage tenders from Initial Tender (ITT) through to submission, ensuring they are fully developed, technically compliant, and ready for final review by the Preconstruction Lead/Manager.

Electrical Project Manager Newmarket 2 Year Contract 1st Step Solutions are supporting a well established Tier 1 M&E Contractor who have an opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager to be based on a new commercial project in Newmarket.

Electrician working chargehand required in Plymouth (PL9), 3 months on a commercial refit.

Electricians & Electrical Installers (With IPAF) required in Newport for 5 months+ work.

Electricians required in Filton, Bristol. Commercial project, fire alarm installs.
