Mechanical Site Manager North London Contract 1st Step Solutions are working on behalf a Tier 1 M&E Contractor that have a requirement for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join them on an existing residential project in North London. You must have previous experience working with a Tier 1 Contractor on high end residential developments.

As a Mechanical Estimator, you will be handling both commercial and industrial projects. You will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of commercial projects (heating, plumbing, air conditioning), Project value from £110K to £2million, preparing detailed proposals, and collaborating with the project management and sales team to ensure successful delivery. In addition as the business is fast expanding, it could be you take on a trainee to which the company may expect you to mentor.

As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing and managing electrical contracts from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires effective coordination with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality electrical services throughout the contract life cycle.
