Lauren joined 1st Step Solutions in 2022, with little-to-no experience within a recruitment environment. Lauren now oversees the resourcing department and is a great asset to the team.
Lauren has several years’ experience in delivering exceptional customer service, therefore when integrating into the world of recruitment, it wasn’t a struggle for her, as she had many valuable skills to transfer across when joining the business.
She loves engaging and building great relationships with the candidates and clients. She also loves to learn new skills as much as possible to enhance her knowledge within the recruitment industry.
Her strong work ethic and team player attributes allow Lauren to contribute to 1st Step Solutions yearly successes.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys attending spin classes, spending well-deserved time with family and friends, and travelling to various holiday destinations.
