With several years of experience in permanent recruitment, Lauren specialises in placing Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Management professionals, while carving out a niche for herself in sourcing exceptional Mechanical & Electrical Estimators and Design Engineers across London and the Home Counties.

Her passion lies in building strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure the perfect match every time.

Outside of work, Lauren is a busy mum to two young boys who keep her on her toes! When she’s not running between activities, you’ll often find her planning her next big event – she’s the kind of person who’s already thinking about Halloween in March!
