At 1st Step Solutions we are delighted to welcome Lewis to the team as he begins his journey within the M&E recruitment sector.

Lewis joins us with existing industry experience, but what stood out most was his work ethic, enthusiasm, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to learn and improve. Skills can always be developed, but having the right mindset and determination is something we value hugely as a business, and Lewis naturally possesses those qualities.

Outside of work, Lewis enjoys a round of golf, keeping active in the gym, and spending quality time with his friends and family. We are excited to support Lewis in his career development and look forward to seeing his progress as part of the team at 1st Step Solutions.
