Shauna Hughes

Shauna joined 1st Step in the Summer of 2024.

She joined with a couple of years’ experience within the construction industry, wanting to focus more on the Recruitment aspect.

Shauna has embraced life at 1st step solutions. In her role currently, she is dealing with sourcing multiple candidates for several different positions across the Mechanical and Electrical sector, with a particular liking to Electrical vacancies. She also likes to ensure she builds and maintains strong relationships with them, giving candidates her equal attention and assistance as best she can. Shauna has started to move into client business development and is often chatting to new and existing clients about how 1st Step can best support them,

Away from work, Shauna enjoys going to the Gym, socialising with friends, spending time with family, and booking weekend get aways.
