Andrea commenced her career with 1st Step Solutions in 2011, initially serving as a Credit Controller, engaging with clients on a daily basis — a role she found thoroughly enjoyable. Over the years, her responsibilities expanded to encompass various daily finance functions, eventually leading to her current position overseeing the finance department. Andrea's most recent milestone was her promotion to joint owner, a role she shares with five other board members.
At the heart of Andrea's division is a deep-seated passion for teamwork and a willingness to tackle the diverse daily tasks that come her way.
Outside of her professional commitments, Andrea finds fulfilment in spending time with her family and friends, cherishing the simple joys of day-to-day life.
