Charlotte embarked on her career with 1st Step Solutions in 2008, initially as a Trainee Payroller in our accounts department. Over the past 15 years, she has become a critical member of our Payroll Team, offering a dedicated service.
Within our Payroll Team, commitment, teamwork, and accuracy hold significant importance, ensuring the seamless processing for the candidates we pay, our clients, and the overall business, and Charlotte has all of the above.
Outside of the professional life, Charlotte finds joy in spending time with her expanding family, creating new memories, and embarking on adventures together.
