About Me
Elliott joined 1st Step in March 2026 as a resourcer for the Bristol office.
He has been been in recruitment for coming up to 4 years with all of it being in the construction industry, and 2 years with more of a niche focus within the built environment.
Elliott stands out to both clients and candidates becuase of his background within the industry and having done work for an agency before, allowing him to be relatable and helping him to provide a better experience to our workers, giving him a clearer understanding of what clients’ needs are.
Outside of the office, Elliott works weekends in his local pub and goes to the gym.
