Hannah Cleary

Hannah has been a valued member of 1st Step Solutions for approximately 9 months. With a background in childcare spanning several years, she decided to make a career change. It was during this transition that Hannah came across an advertisement from 1st Step Solutions seeking a resourcer to join their team.

Following a successful interview, Hannah had the opportunity to meet Davinia and the team, who made her feel very welcome. Since then, she has embraced the chance to learn new skills related to recruitment and the overall process of candidate resourcing, all while becoming an integral part of her new team.

In her current role, Hannah engages with various candidates, covering positions in labouring, electrical, and plumbing. Her time at 1st Step Solutions has been thoroughly enjoyable, and she looks forward to continuing her career path with the company.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys attending different social events and spending weekends away.
