In 2011, Karen became a part of 1st Step Solutions, starting her journey in the accounts department with a focus on credit control. After a few months, she transitioned to the Payroll Team, where the team manages the weekly payroll.
Karen's dedication and skills led to her promotion to the role of Payroll Supervisor after a few years, where she now manages and supervises the Payroll Team.
Outside of her professional commitments, Karen finds joy in spending quality time with her family and exploring different parts of the world through travel.
