About Me
In July 2017, Karen became a part of 1st Step Solutions, joining the accounts department as a Credit Control Assistant. Prior to this, she had dedicated 25 years to the insurance industry but decided it was time for a change, a decision she was thrilled about.
Her responsibilities include collecting payments for outstanding invoices, posting daily incoming payments to the bank, and managing various tasks such as approving labour requirements. She finds her role highly gratifying, and in January 2020, she earned a promotion to Credit Control Supervisor.
Outside of work, Karen takes pleasure in walking her dog, watching horse racing with the occasional bet, and enjoying weekends away exploring different parts of the country.
