Kerrie commenced her journey with 1st Step Solutions in September 2016, becoming a part of our London office. Throughout her career with 1st Step, she has taken on various roles, all of which revolve around prioritising our candidates.

While officially designated as a Recruitment Administrator, Kerrie is so much more than her job title, and is a trusted resource for many of our clients and candidates. Her role is ensuring candidates' timesheets are submitted, clients receive required reports, and overall, she plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the London and South East Team.

Beyond her professional commitments, Kerrie dedicates a significant amount of time to supporting her family. Additionally, she has a penchant for indulging in a good book, preferably while basking on a hot beach!
