About Me
In January 2015, Matt became a part of 1st Step to establish a new branch in Bristol, aiming to expand the business beyond the M25. With a specialization in M&E recruitment since 1999, Matt has climbed the career ladder from an Apprentice Resourcer to his current role as Co-Owner of 1st Step Solutions.
Having immersed himself in M&E and Construction recruitment for both major competitors and 1st Step since 1999, Matt recognises the paramount importance of attentive listening and meeting the expectations of clients and candidates. He is dedicated to providing a professional and responsive service. Despite his leadership role, Matt remains willing to get hands-on, actively participating in business development and working alongside the team to fill bookings.
Outside of the professional realm, Matt spends his weekends taking his son to support their local football team. He also enjoys sharing a few beers with friends and family.
