Responsibilities:
- Provide a resource working alongside the team manager to help coordinate and manage the planned, ad-hoc and general day-to-day activities of the team.
- Weekly track sheets from operational delivery.
- Weekly tracker for live heads in the ground from gas operations Weekly tracker for forecast numbers.
- Weekly reporting for operational requirements.
- Meeting minutes and actions.
- Administration of safe control of operations documentation.
- Data entry Administration of and ordering IT assets and returning assets.
- Ordering office supplies Meeting room bookings.
- General admin support for Area Manager and Programme Manager Monitor office issues and maintenance reporting.
