1st Step Solutions are looking for 4 x Administrators for a immediate start in Doncaster.

Job Summary:

Rate | £9.50p/h PAYE
Hours | 37hrs p/w

Responsibilities:
· Processing high volume of invoices and identify invoices that need to be paid promptly and within credit terms.
· Preparing Supplier statement reconciliations
· Preparing and processing payment runs - BACS
· Maintain accurate supplier ledgers
· Liaising with internal and external suppliers and customers on query resolution

The client has confirmed that they have complied with the governments guidance of managing the risk of Covid-19 and you will receive training on their Covid-19 safeguarding procedures. If your roles dictates, or the client confirms that your roles is to be based from home, they will support your home working, and you will be provided with all the relevant information.

Must have 2-3 years' experience within a high volume accounts payable team. Purchase Ledger experience is not essential but desirable.
