Our client is one of the leading building product companies in Europe. They have a strong market within the residential and commercial buildings' industry. They specialise in panelling, insulation, timber framing, steel framing and the external building envelope. Due to the growth within their market and their commercial department, they are looking for an experienced Territory Manager or Area Sales Manager to join their team.

The candidate:
* Strong experience in B2B cold calling and business development
* Experience with routes to market architects, interior designers, fit-out contractors and main contractors.
* Knowledge in working with specifiers completing NBS specifications, pre-qualifying with contractors, coordinating tender submissions
* Experience in training internal and external sales teams
* Must have experience in offering technical specification guidance and advice on pitched roof design
* Ensure continued development, maintenance and management of the of the client base and products sold.
* Have a good awareness of and maintain / professionally manage commercial responsibilities alongside design responsibilities and credit requirements in tandem with each discipline.
* Demonstrate strong leadership skills, and strong drive for results. Display strength of character and determination not to be distracted from achieving team goals;
* Be aware of the requirement to work as part of a team. Adopt a flexible approach to workload whilst demonstrating a willingness to take on additional work.
