1st Step Solutions are currently working with a one of the industry's leading facade consultancies who are looking for a Bid Manager to join the company in their London office on an initial 12-month contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent thereafter.
The role supports the company by overseeing the planning and production of bid proposals including (but not limited to):
- Arranging internal bid meetings
- Preparing documents for response
- Coordinating the overall bid process
- Preparing pre and post-tender presentation material
- Monitoring PQQ's and ITT's and tender submissions
Technical experience required:
- Strong Bid Management background - Intermediate level minimum
- Proven communication and IT skills - Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Attention to detail in graphic design and layout, including ability to edit and copy accurately
- Industry knowledge - familiar with construction or engineering sector, or professional consultancy experience
