Our client is seeking an experience Administrative Assistant to join them on a permanent basis in London.
Candidates must have prior experience of working within the construction industry.
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
General Administration as instructed by Line Manager.
Answering the telephone - covering reception if required Setting up meetings.
Diary & email management.
Ensuring the office maintains health & safety standards.
Filing Ordering stationary.
Daily use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
General ad hoc duties.
GCSE level Grade C or above in English and Maths.
Intermediate user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Previous experience within the Construction Industry.
