Role: Contract Administrator
Location: Central London
Duration: 5 month contract
Hours: 37.5p/w
Pay: £13p/h PAYE + holiday

Job Purpose:
* To ensure that the buildings conform to all legislations whilst remaining functional to all stake holders. Ensuring that all issues are dealt with in a timely manner whilst fully communicated out to all parties.
* Implementing all activities, direct or sub-contractors ensuring all targets are achieved.
* Log all financial data, and assist the site teams and Senior Contracts Manager in the review of budgets.
* Dealing with all internal issues and complaints by utilising clear communications.
* Act as resilience to the Senior Contracts Manager.
* You will be expected to achieve results through delivering work and team objectives. These will be reliant on site teams, supply chain and supporting functions.

Responsibilities:
* Contractual Compliance | RAG Report/ KPI's/Monthly Reports
* Financial Logging | NPR/GRN's /CVR results
* Raising Orders / Forms | Sub-Contractor/Materials/Reactive
* Resource planning | Monthly report on operational issues
* Asset logging | Internal audit of CAFM reactive works
* Response management | Monthly report on operational issues
* Operational risk management | Incident count and quality control audits
* Events Co-ordinator
