1st Step Solutions are working with a leading Building Services Contractor in London who have an opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join their Marketing division.

The role of the Digital Marketing Executive is to help develop, execute and manage the company's digital presence both internally within the business through its internal communications strategy and externally through its corporate website and social media accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination, creation and posting of internal communications content, distributed via the Company's intranet, for the purpose of staff information and maintaining the company culture.
- Create and upload written and visual content, conveying consistent branding messaging, across our corporate social media channels and website to increase brand awareness.
- Proactively liaise with internal departments to understand their business needs in order to identify opportunities for digital marketing content.
- Maintain a content calendar for social media and the website in order to ensure frequent content updates.
- Produce monthly social media and website reports based on analytics.
- Liaise with the Company's web design agency to make any required changes to the design and/or functionality of the website in partnership with the Marketing Manager.
- Educate internal stakeholders on the importance of digital marketing platforms and their own use of such platforms.
- Additional duties as relevant to the role of Digital Marketing Executive.

The Person:
- Have digital marketing experience within a Company that is business-to-business focused, rather than business-to-customer focused.
- Experience in either creating or managing a digital platform, alongside evidencing or at least an understanding of how this platform commercially benefited the organisation.
- Leading and managing internal or external digital marketing projects would be greatly beneficial.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication. They should come across articulate and professional.
- Ability to work independently.
- Confident in working alongside Directors within a corporate environment.
- InDesign and Photoshop experience.
