1st Step Solutions are looking for electrical mates & improvers work with a leading M&E building services contractor on an industrial project across Devon and Cornwall.

Duration: Temp to Perm
Location: Various sites across Devon and Cornwall.
Working Hours: 45 Hours per week (Monday- Friday) but the ideal candidate will be willing to work some additional hours from time to time to help cover fast track jobs.
Paying up to £12p/hr (depending in experience & qualifications). From 6pm to 6am Monday to Friday time and one half. From Friday 6pm to Saturday 6pm time and one half. From Saturday 6pm to Monday 6am double time.

Role: Working on Sewage Treatment Workers, some Water Treatment Works and Reservoirs with a small team, travelling from site to site a Company van. Work will range from small maintenance assignments to new installations, offering the ideal candidate to gain work experience on metal containment (tray, trunking, conduit, and ladder rack), wiring, armoured cabling, data, fibre optics and panels.

The Company offer full training, helping to complete qualifications/apprenticeship. Providing Confined spaces training as standard. The company also offers the opportunity to build your career and move in different directions (training to become an Engineer, Project Manager Etc.) Qualifications required: JIB/ECS card or CSCS equivalent.
