Estimating Document Controller
Temp - perm contract
Monday - Friday, 8 - 5
Will be required to travel to London office for training

1st Step Solutions have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced M&E Estimating Document Controller on an temp to perm basis in Slough.

We are looking for selective candidates that have extensive experience using EDMS such as Project Plus, Aconex and SharePoint and have previously worked within M&E. You must be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills in addition to good customer focus.

Responsibilities:
* Uploading and sorting documentation to SharePoint
* Managing information that comes in on Email/Aconex/Project Plus etc. Knowledge and use of these would be advantageous
* Creation of document registers/drawing registers
* Administration and collating of all addendum information
* Working across multiple tenders at one time
* Liaising with Estimators
* Sending out enquiries to subcontractors via Sharepoint
