We are currently seeking a highly experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage multiple Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects from tender through to final account. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our clients in-house design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing cost-effective and technically robust mechanical design solutions based on Stage 3 design information. You will work closely with their internal electrical and CAD teams to produce fully co-ordinated designs ready for construction.

This is a short term role lasting 4 weeks + You will need to be comfortable with Closing out snaggs on floor plates / bits of everything, 1st / 2nd fixing As an Improver, you must hold a ECS Card, as a minimum.

1st Step Solutions are currently looking for a resident liaison Officer to travel around Canterbury. This role requires you to have your own vehicle, with insurance for driving around to various addresses. Prior to your start, you will also have to travel to their office in Banstead, SM7. To be given a pass and uniform, along with having an informal interview. You will be assisting out client to speak to residents and book in maintenance appointments with their reception staff.
