1st Step Solutions are looking for a general operative to work with our client, a well established M&E building services contractor on a commercial project in Exeter (EX1).

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Exeter (EX1)
Duration: Initially 3 months+
Site hours: 45 hours per week
Qualifications: a CSCS card is required to work on this project

Role: For the role you will be required to work your way around the project (on a regular basis) using an iPad/tablet to record and date any issues causing delay to completion of works. You will be required to manage your own time and update the project manager of your findings accordingly. During any quiet periods you may be required to complete general labouring duties (clearing site, maintaining areas & assisting trades).
