1st Step Solutions have an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner for one of our key clients in London

We are looking for someone with proven HR and business experience. Key to the success of this role is the ability to build relationships and drive decision making through insight, effective engagement and influence.

You will need personal resilience and be able to inspire and motivate people during complex periods of change. You must be able to effectively prioritise and ensure key programmes and initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently to achieve the business aims.

Duties:
Point of contact for all employees.
Providing HR support on a one to one basis across multiple business units and site locations.
Managing ER issues and process including misconduct, long-term sickness, shared paternity/ maternity leave,
PDP's, payroll queries.
Recruitment for all positions including management of PSL.
Contract preparation and on boarding.
Providing training to senior management on all issued relating to HR.
Assuring compliance with existing company procedures and processes and advising managers and director.
Reviewing writing and implementing new processes within the department.
Salary reviews in line with industry standards.
Succession planning.
Working in partnership with other departments working groups on GDPR, Gender pay gap analysis and promoting a health and wellness culture.
Managing for attendance including return to work process.
Updating and implementing the records storage process both hard and soft copy.
Producing and implementing Visions Values and Behaviours throughout the company.
Implementing a clear and concise recruitment campaign for continued business growth.
Production and presentation of monthly Board reports.
Disciplinary, investigations and dismissals.
Conducting interviews for all positions.
Creating relationship with recruitment agency's and managing all sub-contractors and PSL.
Managing staff across various sites and locations.
Exit interviews and review of leaver's trends.
Providing advice and feedback to the board ion all HR related matters.
