1st Step Solutions are looking for HV Fitters, Joiners, HV Managers and Senior Authorised Persons (HV) to work with our client, a specialist M&E contractor on various temp to perm positions based across the UK

What are the opportunities?
With on-going, long-term secure contracts in place and an expanding order book, we will be looking for talented individuals to become part of our progressive and growing business in the coming months.
As such, we are looking to recruit HV Fitters, Jointers, HV Managers and SAPs (Senior Authorised Persons) to carry out HV installations, maintenance and routine HV and LV switching in a safe, efficient, and economic manner. This will include setting out from drawings and specifications to establish the requirements of a project and ensure compliance to policies and procedures.
As a base requirement, individuals will possess appropriate electrical qualifications and CSCS/ECA grading/accreditation or equivalent. In addition, you will also have achieved the appropriate City & Guilds or equivalent as an electrician and where appropriate hold a current and valid HV SAP authorisation at 11Kv, 33kv or upwards.
A full UK driving licence is required for the roles, as well as a commitment to excellent standards of safety and the ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
