Role: HV Supervisor
Location: Central, South East

Due to an expanding portfolio of works 1st Step Solutions is working with a client who are seeking experienced HV Supervisors to join them.

Overview:
You will be responsible for supporting the team and contributing to the delivery of new electrical infrastructure projects, ranging from LV to 33kV.

Duties:
* Work under the direction of our HV Manager, overseeing daily site operations and ensuring we deliver against our client's requirements whilst adhering to our strong Health and Safety regulations.
* Deliver against key programmes of work in an accurate, timely and cost-effective manner, whilst maintaining accurate records on each project.
* Ensure point of connection dates are not missed.
* Obtain DNO/IDNO authorisations to lead the team in substation environments.

Skills/Experience:
* Working knowledge of HV/LV networks and DNO/IDNO companies.
* Demonstrable experience in substation builds, linking, switching and fusing.
* SMSTS/SSSTS
* CSCS or equivalent
* Relevant trade qualifications
* First aid at Work
* A valid, UK driving license
* An ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, being a part of a highly focused team.
* A can-do approach, making it happen, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
