JUNIOR ESTIMATOR

1st Step Solutions are currently working with an established structural glazing contractor who are looking for a Junior Estimator to join the company in their Manchester office. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to join a reputable organisation offering a very competitive salary and package.

Responsibilities include (but aren't limited to):
- Shadowing the Senior Estimator and learning company processes
- Assisting in preparing estimates and project updates
- Reviewing documentation and analysis reports
- Relevant information gathering for purposes of project estimate

Technical skills required:
- Solid base of Estimating experience - 1+ year
- Glazing industry knowledge - Curtain Walling, Structural Glazing, Windows/Doors
- Competent knowledge of AutoCAD
- Additional experience with aluminium systems would be advantageous - Senior, Kestrel, Aluprof, Schueco, Comar, SAPA
