You must have previous experience working with a Tier 1 M&E Contractor on large Shell & Core CAT A commercial projects and come from a Pipefitting background, with experience overseeing plantroom packages.

Commercial fit out, metal containment, conduit, lighting etc. Need a Gold JIB card and IPAF
