1st Step Solutions have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Management Administrator to join our London based client.
This is a new opportunity within the business where you will have the ability to adapt to make it your own.
In order to be successful within the Management Administrator position, we are looking to speak with candidates with the following experience:
- HR experience covering record keeping, knowledge of sick pay, holiday entitlement, paternity and maternity leave, etc.
- An ability to construct or populate a database for all members of staff and to allocate fields etc.
- Some knowledge of a timesheet portal or similar.
- Excel and word experience.
- Versatility to take on other non-aligned tasks.
- Have experience of working within the construction sector.
