Mechanical Supervisor - Central London

We are currently recruiting for a mechanical supervisor for a role based in central London. The candidate needs to be driven to deliver only the best results of the projects they undertake.

They must also build and manage relationships as this is also a key part of the job that is required.

Duties

Oversee repair and instillation
Conducts inspections
Ensures safety precautions are adhered to
Manage and direct subcontractor labour packages
Working closely with the project manager to report delays and change
Producing fortnightly "look- aheads"

Desired Experience

A trade, Mechanical
You will have a proven track record of successfully carrying out a similar role
SMSTS
Current supervisor or manager CSCS Card
IT Skills, a good working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, Project
