1st Step are currently recruiting for a mechanical supervisor to lead delivery on a large commercial project in the Northampton area.
The role:
- Overseeing direct and subcontractor labour
- Scheduling of works to meet delivery targets
- Review of construction drawings
- H&S management
- Updating and enforcing RAMS
- Safe starts and inductions
- Snagging and Commissioning
Requirements:
- C&G or NVQ Plumbing or Pipe-fitting
- SSSTS
- CSCS Gold Card
- Supervisory experience on projects up to £10m M&E
