Another fantastic opportunity to join a very ambitious and rapidly growing Design and Build company in Central London. My client is looking to add another member to the Networking team to map out companies structures and identify the key decision makers when it comes to winning new business. The role will require a strategic thinker who is able to research and map the organisational structure of large corporations and identify key influencers and decision makers

There is also the potential to earn lucrative levels of commission and also the chance to progress and further your career and move up to management level.


Job Summary:
* Identifying and approaching client's appointed professional teams such as tenant representation agents, project managers and quantity surveyors will form a key part of the role
* Utilisation of the CRM is central to the role

Candidate Profile:
* The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and telephone manner and good social skills
* Cold calling experience
* The person should be self-disciplined and can work as part of a team and on their own initiative * The ideal candidate would see the role as that of a 'rainmaker' and get satisfaction and a buzz from creating opportunities for the company to present its products and services to large global corporations whom, prior to your approach, were unaware of it
* Confidence to consistently attend networking events and meetings, and undertake cold calling
* A key part of the role will be managing objections
* Good organisational, research and analytical skills
* The ability to engage potential clients from mid-level managers through to senior executives in both face to face and phone call situations
* A good understanding of all social media platforms
* Ability to work under pressure
* Time management skills and a systematic, methodological approach
* Optimism and energy
* Industry experience is desirable, as is a background in sales
