Our client is seeking experienced New Homes Sales Consultant for developments in Cambridgeshire.
Our client is looking for someone with previous New Homes experience, selling off-plan, from a marketing suite, whilst based on the development. You will be selling their new builds to a large range of clients, from first time buyers to investors, so must have a strong understanding of the sales procedure.
- Manage the sales process and negotiations with a wide variety of customers
- Implement continuous drive to deliver excellent customer service by managing the customer journey and consistently exceeding customer expectations
- Dealing with a customer base in a friendly, polite and professional manner
- Working 5 out of 7 days (most weekends are included)
To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following skills:
- Strong customer facing and presentation skills
- Commercial acumen with a resilient nature
- Target driven with good negotiating skills
- Able to work in a team and on own initiative
- Experience in working with New Homes
