Part Time Administrator
Hertfordshire
£12.00p/h PAYE + Holiday

Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide day-to-day support to the Key Account Management team, handling all administrative activities. On an ad hoc basis the role will also provide project co-ordination support as and when required.
Duties:
* Internal and external meetings and workshop scheduling
* Organising the quarterly Business Development Forum, recording and tracking actions
* Coordination of events such as conference, exhibitions and awards dinners
* Coordinating activities on the day of an event and implement back-up plans when necessary
* Completing event sponsorship request forms
* Cross-business coordination of industry award submissions
* Supporting the administration of Salesforce to ensure that all elements of the account plans are kept up to date
* Preparing management reports using account plan information
* Management of registrations with various industry bodies
* Monitoring tender portals for notifications of new opportunities and retenders of existing contracts
* You are required to deliver quality outputs with minimal errors
* You are expected to make things happen with relative ease. Proven ability to problem-solve is a must
* You are required to provide confidential administration support duties working for, and in conjunction with, the CX team and the managers you support.
* You must maintain a professional code of conduct and discretion, ensuring confidentiality at all times
Skills/Experience:
* Experience as an Executive Assistant / Office Manager/Personal Assistant/Project co-ordinator reporting directly to senior management
* Advanced Office365 skills
* Working knowledge of Salesforce
* Proven organisational and project management experience
* Exceptional stakeholder skills - must be able to deal with people at all levels
* Excellent communications written and verbal
* Ability to prioritise, organise, multi task and escalate when necessary
