Role Purpose:
To provide a professional front line and triage reception service.

Key Result Areas:
First point of contact for visitors to a busy public building.
Electronic calendar room booking system.
Electronic enquiries email address to respond to.
Phone call enquiries.
Frank and sorting external and internal mail.
Collate figures for postage costs and other required data.
Reception administration tasks as set.
New staff data collection.

Success Measures:
Appropriate frontline triage service provided.
Professionalism demonstrated daily.
Accurate electronic record of meeting room calendars.
Positive results from successful dialogue with customers and colleagues.
Accurate meeting room bookings.
Up to date phone and staff car registration list.
Accurate administration tasks completed.
All mail processed same day.

Skills & Experience:
Relevant reception experience.
Excellent people skills.
An empathetic/sensitive approach.
Clear communication skills, verbal/electronic/phone/written.
Active team player, flexible approach, active listening skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Can provide full time cover from time to time during a colleague's absence.
Ability to meet financial deadlines on time.
Positive and can do approach.
Excellent time keeping.
