The overriding responsibility of the receptionist is to ensure the smooth and efficient allocation of the Neelands house facilities and that all visitors to reception and incoming communications are greeted and dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.

Duties:
-Responsible for the overall management of the reception function including other reception personnel. Ensures a professional and courteous service is provided to all parties at all times by the front of house team.
-Manages the general everyday operation of the available room facilities within Neelands house (Bentley Doncaster).
-Assist with general administration
-Ensure stationery supplies are kept well stocked
-Receive all incoming calls to the office in a polite & efficient manner
-Direct calls to the appropriate personnel
-Effectively handle general customer enquiries Arrange meetings and refreshments/ lunch where required, ensuring that the meeting room has the necessary facilities/equipment in advance.
-Deal with incoming and outgoing post including booking couriers, taxis, etc.
-Monitor and record all visitor details
-Place stationery orders with suppliers
-Assist Administration department with general administration
-Assist with customer service/complaints enquires
-Filing, photocopying.
-Carry out any other ad-hoc duties appropriate to this role
-25hr working week, with an element of flexibility.
-Permanently based in Neelands house. Doncaster.
-Ensure a flexible approach should the need arise to travel to undertake any relevant training.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience & Qualifications:
-Previous experience of reception duties. Required.
-Professional approach. Required.
-Good organisational skills. Required.
-Must maintain and reflect the professional image of the company. Required
-Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office.
-Educated to a good level of English and maths O level or GCSE equivalent
