We are recruiting on behalf of our client an Project Administrator in Bracknell, Berkshire

Our client is an established Building Services Contractor

This is a site based role assisting the project team in all administration duties. Ideally suit someone who has worked on construction projects previously.

Works would include as examples below:

* General management of office environment
* Document control
* Timesheets
* Creating H&S Files
* Generating reports
* Preparing Handover documents
* Arranging new starter, Inductions & Training
* Scanning & uploading Documents
* Maintain the weekly / monthly procurement schedules
* Maintain accurate up to date drawing registers

Hours are 8 hours per day (Monday - Friday) Flexibility can be discussed

Project duration 8-12 months

Computer skills are a must.
