Our client is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join them on a contract basis in SW London.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent organisation and communication skills; have the ability to communicate at all levels and have previously worked within the construction industry.
Greeting visitors and registering them on arrival.
Assist the onsite Document Controller.
Preparation of reports and memorandums.
Control and ordering of office materials.
Organise catering for site meetings.
Site team administration duties.
Responsible for individual employee files/queries.
Maintenance and upkeep of computing systems.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to communicate with all hierarchy levels.
Good MS Office and MS Outlook knowledge.

Problem solver, self-motivating.
